Energy Audit and Conservation
An energy audit is an inspection, survey and analysis of energy flows for energy conservation in a building / industry process or system to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output. It shows where the power consumption is more in the given system. It can also be called as controlling of the power to avoid losses for maximize efficiency
Services we Offer:
- Walk Through Energy Audit
- Comprehensive and Detailed Energy Audit
- Monitoring of Energy Efficiency Projects
Energy Audit Procedure
Audit is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of their facility and aligning current consumption with current industry benchmarks.
- A complete survey of the Plant / facility will be conducted by us, detailing the current energy consumption taking place. Measuring and monitoring is done using all appropriate instruments.
- Exhaustive energy audit is carried out on the facility by an auditor, who evaluates the current consumption of energy in the plant against the set industry benchmarks. In depth analysis is done.
- Recommendations are made on the basis of the auditor’s findings. The report includes low cost/no cost measures and any energy proposal needing capital expenditure along with repayment of outstanding debt.
- We would help you implement these findings and convert them into energy savings.
Safety Audit
We ensure our clients maintain a safe working environment by offering a comprehensive health, safety, environmental and risk management consultancy service for Shopping Malls, Commercial buildings, Banks, Warehouses, Industrial Plants and Office premises.
Our Service Include:-
- Safety Audit
- Electrical Safety Audit
- Fire Safety Audits
- Risk Assessment
- Safety Training
Fire Safety Audit
The audit is an examination of the premises and relevant documents to ascertain how the premises are being managed regarding fire safety. The inspector may also wish to talk to members of staff to confirm their level of fire safety awareness.
Electrical Safety Audits
Electrical Safety Audit is examining the safety of electrical installations of any industrial unit or organization. Electrical Safety Audit is performed by enquiry, inspection, testing and verification. Electrical Safety Audits are conducted by experienced professionals who assist clients in reducing risk and help to ensure compliance with applicable Safety Standards and Regulations.
Electrical Safety Audits helps in identifying:
- Electrical hazards to minimize the risk of accidents like fire due to short-circuiting.
- Areas of risk or vulnerability in electrical systems and installations
- Non-compliance with the Electrical Regulations, Local standards and best practices.
- Identification and elimination of safety hazards;
- Ensuring longevity of expensive electronic equipment like computers and other machines;
- Development of a dynamic record of safety performance;
- Creation of positive cycle of safety improvement;
- Ensuring compliance with Regulatory and industry safety related best practices.
Third Party Inspection & Certification
We can provide third party inspection services covering material and equipment against the code of construction / customer technical specification.
- Design Peer Review
- Electrical equipment covering Motors, Generators, Transformers, Power Transmission / Distribution Control Panels
- Electrical Systems & Installations
- Fire Fighting Systems & Installations
- HVAC Systems & Installations
- Diesel Generators
- Chillers & AHUs
Risk Assessment
Any industry needs to identify the potential hazards and operability problems caused by ‘deviations from the design intent’ to prioritize control measures for managing risks. Periodic Risk Assessment and Studies allow systematic review of an organization’s safety management system to evaluate the status of safety management system and to take suitable corrective measures to reduce the level of risks.
Risk Assessment Study will help you to run your business safely, reduce the risk of accidents, improve morale, enhance your safety culture and have a direct positive effect on your bottom line.
Thermography
Thermography Thermography is a science of using electronic optical devices to detect and measure radiation and correlating that to surface temperature. Abnormal heating associated with high resistance or excessive current flow is the main cause of many problems in electrical systems. Infrared thermography allows us to see these invisible thermal signatures of impending damage before the damage occurs. When current flows through an electric circuit, part of the electrical energy is converted into heat energy. This is normal. But, if there is an abnormally high resistance in the circuit or abnormally high current flow, abnormally high heat is generated which is wasteful, potentially damaging and not normal.
Thermography is the latest analysis tool for the detailed energy audit as the thermal cameras are powerful tool in viewing wall cavity insulation, ceiling insulation, moisture related problems. Several areas in electrical installations are not easily identified using conventional methods but these are able to locate with Thermal Imaging. Infrared Thermography is one solution for diagnosis used to determine the most effective plan of action to make the electrical installation more energy efficient.

Security Audit
We understand the threats that disrupt the facility operation and the losses suffered by clients due to theft. The best planned security systems and security procedures lose their effectiveness if they are not continually monitored.
Each & Every location is vulnerable to threats, be they physical theft, industrial espionage, physical safety risks to employees and patrons.
Our Security Audits Review and Inspection covers the range of security implementation including both human and technical resources. Resultant recommendations will cover suggested enhancements to staffing levels, skills training and equipment levels.
- Physical layout of the organization’s buildings and surrounding perimeters.
- Does the property topography provide security or reduce the means of attack or access?
- Does the landscaping offer locations to hide or means of access to roof tops or other access points?
- How many points of entry are there to the building? Are those entrances monitored?
- Do all persons entering and exiting the building go through a security check point
